Mr. Carman graduated with Honors from Oregon State University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with an emphasis on public law and public administration. In 1975, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University School of Law. Mr. Carman has been in the private practice of law since 1975 when he joined the Oregon State Bar.

Since joining Cornerstone Law Group in 1983, Mr. Carman has devoted his practice to pragmatic problem solving for his clients. Mr. Carman focuses primarily on Estate Planning, Probates, Wills and Trusts, Real Property Transactions and Title Issues, Business Law, and Contract Law. With over 38 years of experience of trying and settling cases, Mr. Carman has the knowledge to guide you through your legal matter with clarity and precision.

Mr. Carman is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association and the Washington County Bar Association. He has also served on numerous boards and as a member of several civic organizations.
